How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is processed in our system, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that each product is in perfect condition. After passing our final quality check, the items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. You will receive an email confirmation once your package is on its way.
Our delivery partners will then bring your package to you within 2-10 working days from the order confirmation. If they encounter any issues reaching your address or finding a suitable delivery time, they will contact you directly to resolve the matter.
How Are Items Packaged?
To ensure your products arrive in excellent condition, we package them with care. Items are placed in boxes or courier covers based on their size, and each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Fragile items, such as bottles, receive additional bubble wrap for extra protection. We take great pride in our packaging quality and have received minimal complaints about damage due to our packing methods.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?
Most orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. While we keep 99% of our catalog in inventory, some products need to be sourced directly from the brand, which might cause a delay. However, we strive to deliver all orders within 10 days of confirmation.
During Mega Sale events, high order volumes may lead to slight delays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days and deliver within 7-10 days.
Are There Any Shipping Charges?
We offer flat shipping at ₹80 all over India. Shipping charges for bulk and international orders may vary.
What Should Be Done in Case of Urgent Delivery?
For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp. Note that shipping charges may vary as we use air mode to prioritize such deliveries.
How to Track Your Orders?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a normal SMS the next day from our courier partners. For orders shipped via India Post, tracking updates will be sent automatically. If you do not receive an SMS or your parcel within 7 working days, please WhatsApp us at +91 9445480619 for tracking details.

Pick Up Service

Return & Exchange Policy
At Nila Wonderland, we take pride in ensuring the quality of our products. Each shipment undergoes a thorough quality check before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you are eligible to request a refund by returning the product.
Eligibility for Refund:
We will process a refund if the product is found to be missing or defective upon delivery.
Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Within 24 hours of receiving your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team via email at (nilaenterprises3015@gmail.com) or through the WhatsApp icon on our website.
2. Provide Details: Include your order ID and a description of the issue with the product in your communication.
3. Video Requirement: For any claims, a full opening video from start to finish is required. This video must clearly show the condition of the product and packaging.
4. Return Shipping: Currently, we do not offer a pickup service. You will need to return the defective product to us via courier. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 working days. The refund will be issued for the product only.
Final Decision:
The final decision regarding returns and refunds will be made by us. We reserve the right to determine the validity of any claims.
Important Note:
Damage to the outer cardboard, dents in tins, or damage to the courier cover will not be considered valid for a return or refund.
